JEssica Kelley:

Junior Level Instructor

Jessica's love of dance started in the womb. Movement has been part of her life since before she can remember. She was blessed to attend an arts middle school and arts high school, and started dancing professionally right after graduation. It was in that same season of life that she tore her QL muscle, leading her to discover Pilates and other movement modalities. What started as recovery became a calling: sharing the love of movement with people at every stage of life's journey is one of her greatest joys.

With 13 years of teaching movement, starting with dance in San Diego, California, she was led to Pure Barre in 2018 and finally fulfilled her dream of getting Pilates certified in 2022 when Club Pilates came to Chattanooga.

Jessica brings her contemporary style of training to her sessions, focused on finding ease within effort and enjoying the beautiful flow of sequential movement and breath.

Some may know Jess by her chosen name Jelley. The giant jellyfish, fairy, clown shapeshifter you might spot around town or at music festivals. A lifetime spent performing has taught her just how much the body gives when asked to keep showing up. It's her health, fitness, and Pilates practice that keep her grounded, anchored, and able to keep performing even post knee surgery. She brings this same philosophy to every client.

Her hope is to guide others into feeling strong, confident, and comfortable while moving in and outside of the studio.
