Cancellation
Private sessions require at least 24 hour notice of reschedule/cancellation to avoid being charged the full session amount. Group classes require at least 12 hours notice or you will be charged the full price of class as a late cancellation.
5 minutes of Grace
For group classes, we ask that you arrive NO later than 5 minutes after class is set to begin. At that time the door will be locked, late-comers are disruptive to the class & instructor. We cannot accept you into class after the 5 minute grace period and you will be charged for class as a late cancellation.
Studio Etiquette
Arriving Early
Your session time will begin promptly at the time it is scheduled for. If your instructor is not finished with their previous session or has not come to notify you they are ready, please remain in the lobby so as to not disrupt other clients or sessions.
Noise in the Studio
Please be respectful of other clients during sessions and classes. We ask that you keep your voice quiet, cell phones silenced and belongings neatly in the cubbies. In our open layout, industrial-like space noises are disturbing to our staff, other clients and the studio atmosphere during teaching hours. The studio is a community space, so please be courteous of others!
Socks
Grippy socks are highly recommended for steadiness on the machines as well as overall hygiene.
Changing Rooms
We now have changing rooms! Please reserve the restroom for those that need the facilities and use the changing room when possible.
Cleaning Up
Once group class concludes we ask that you wipe down and put away your reformer, mat and any additional equipment that was used during class.
Reminders
Book your classes
Please book your classes in advance. Because we restrict class size to 5 for reformer classes and a maximum of 10 for mat classes, spots fill up quickly. If a class is full, make sure to add yourself to the waitlist and keep an eye out for a MindBody notification that you have been added to class, if space becomes available.
Inclusivity
We are a safe and inclusive space for ALL. We do not tolerate hate speech, racism, homophobia, disrespect, slurs, or disturbing conversations. SPARK is a community for EVERYbody, and everyBODY.
